Each week, you get 5 workouts and 2 recovery days, which are necessary to rebuild the muscle and keep the body's stress level down.

Every 2 weeks, you get a completely new training block. This gives you time to master the movements, increase weight or reps, and decrease rest time to progressively overload the muscles and keep results coming. 

Yes! You can track steps, sleep, body fat, body weight, progress photos, calories, resting HR, blood pressure, and lean mass. The app allows you to connect to your Apple Watch, Apple Health App, Myfitnesspal, etc. so you can have all of your progress stats in one spot.
