Jackie Has Lost 17 lb While ADDING Over 350 Calories to Her Diet

Jackie always wanted to work with weights but didn't know where to start.

Before starting the program, she was eating about 1,050 calories a day.

Since then, we've INCREASED her calories by 380 calories total and continue to increase gradually week to week! And with that increase, she has LOST 17 lb, lost inches to her waist, and completely changed her body composition. 

Jackie often works 16 hour shifts and has STILL managed to get her training in and stick to her health and fitness goals.

Using a flexible diet has allowed her to continue seeing huge results even with her busy schedule!

Kimberli Lost 4 Inches Off of Her Waist While Adding 240 Calories to Her Daily Intake

For years, Kimberli wasn't able to workout because of a serious knee injury. She joined the program to make her comeback from that and has made this transformation with low impact only workouts! - no jumping, no running, etc. She works full time AND goes to school for her masters and still makes time to get her workouts in! Talk about no excuses.

This young man *name left out for privacy* is only 14 years old! Within his first two weeks in the ECF training & nutrition program, he lost 15 lb and by the end of 1 month, had lost a total of 20 lb!

We made simple changes to his lifestyle, which included walking on the treadmill, stationary biking, and adding in a lot more whole, nutrient dense food sources to which his body and energy levels responded beautifully!

Katie Took Home 4 Trophies at Her First Bikini Competition

As a junior at West Point, Katie developed a passion for fitness and wanted to take that hobby to the next level by competing in her first ever bikini competition.

We scheduled Katie's training plan around her extremely busy school schedule and implemented a flexible dieting plan that allowed Katie to cut effectively for her show without sacrificing the foods she enjoys.

Katie placed 1st in the collegiate division, Top 5 in Open, Top 5 in True Novice, and Top 5 in Military.

Lucie lost pounds and gained strength while ADDING 800 more calories to her intake

Before Lucie signed on for one on one coaching, she was eating 1100 calories a day. Over the course of her program, Lucie's calories INCREASED by 800 calories while lowering her weight and improving her body composition. 

Lucie's transformation didn't stop at the rockin' physical transformation she had. She had this to say at the completion of her program:

Monica was a busy student looking to make a serious body transformation! Before starting the program, Monica went through phases of extreme calorie restriction.

Just like many other women, she felt that majorly cutting calories at the start of one's diet was necessary to see results.

Over the course of Monica's entire 12 week program, calories only dropped by 325 and this was done very gradually. To help with cravings, we even incorporated a higher calorie / higher carb refeed day once a week.

Monica saw a drastic improvement in body composition without the crippling restrictions she was used to.
